We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are committed to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. If you take pride in treating others with dignity, respect, and kindness, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical support that allows clients to continue living safely in the comfort of their own home. Assignments may include:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Observing changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns to the appropriate supervisor
For many clients, you may be the person they look forward to seeing each day. The care, patience, and compassion you provide can have a lasting impact on their health, independence, and overall quality of life.
While caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding, it is also one of the most rewarding ways to make a meaningful difference in someone else's life.

Requirements
Requirements may include:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for most client assignments)
- Successful completion of required background screening
- Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with providing in-home care
Previous caregiving experience is welcomed but is not required for Companion Care assignments. We welcome individuals who have a genuine desire to serve others and are willing to learn.
Orientation and training
Before providing services to clients, caregivers complete our orientation program, required training, and competency validation to ensure they are prepared to provide safe, high-quality care. Training topics include:
- Client rights and professional boundaries
- HIPAA and confidentiality
- Infection prevention and control
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Emergency preparedness
- Falls prevention and safe transfers
- Documentation standards
- Recognizing and reporting changes in client condition
Additional educational opportunities may be available to help caregivers expand their knowledge and prepare for more specialized client assignments.
Flexible opportunities
We understand that every caregiver has different availability. Client assignments vary and may include:
- Morning, afternoon, or evening visits
- Overnight care
- Weekend assignments
- Live-in care (when available)
