The office staff, care coordinators, nurses, and caregivers who make up the Cornerstone Caregivers team, and what each of them does.
Caregivers
Caregivers do the work. Every one of them is background-checked, insured, and trained before their first shift. Wherever we can, we keep the same caregiver with the same client, because continuity is most of what makes an arrangement work.
Care coordinators
The care coordinator is your main point of contact. They take the first call, arrange the assessment, build the schedule, handle changes, and are the person you call when something is not working.
Nurses and care managers
Registered nurses or experienced care managers perform in-home assessments, write and revise care plans, train caregivers on client-specific needs, and provide clinical oversight where we offer skilled services.
Local ownership
Cornerstone Caregivers is independently owned and operated here in Atlanta. Ask to meet the owner, you can.
